As Petek Saraciye Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“PETEK 1855” or “we”) we take customer service very seriously. Your satisfaction is our top priority. To arrange a postal or courier return, please use our returns tool and you'll be taken through how to complete your return using your order number and email address. Please provide proof of purchase when returning an item.

If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order. “Writing” includes emails. When we use the words “writing” or “written” in these terms, this includes emails.

2. Our contract with you

Our acceptance of your order will take place when you place an order in-store and we tell you that we are able to provide you with the product, which we will also confirm in writing to you. When we tell you that we can provide you with the product you have ordered, a contract will come into existence between you and us. If we accept your order full payment for the products will be taken from you in-store at the time of acceptance. A receipt for this payment will then be provided to you.

 We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.

4. Our products

Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products in our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colors or the printed pictures in our website accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, because our products are handmade, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions, and measurements indicated in our catalogue or website have a 2% tolerance. If you have made a bespoke order while in-store, whilst we will make every effort to provide an accurate virtual representation of what the finished product may look like, we cannot guarantee that the physical finished product will be identical to the virtual representation.

If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.

6. Our rights to make changes

We may change the product:

to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements for example, if there is a change to EU safety standards relevant to our products such that we need to alter materials of or finishes to said products; and

to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements.

These changes are unlikely to affect your use of the product but if we anticipate that your use of the product is likely to be affected, we will inform you as soon as possible.

7. Providing the products

 We will deliver the product(s) to you as soon as reasonably possible. An estimated delivery date will be provided to you when your order is placed and we will endeavor to deliver the product(s) within (5)  days of this date, if not before.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

7. Your Withdrawal Rights

You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason, except for goods which under mandatory law are excluded from such rights, such as for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed and for the supply of goods made to customer specifications or customized to personal needs. Whether the withdrawal right applies, will be indicated on the product page before completing the order. If it applies, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

You are required to return the goods to use within 10 (ten) days from the date of the notification in respect of your exercise of the withdrawal right. Along with the goods subject to the return, the invoice, box, package, standard accessories, if any, of the respective goods and other products gifted due to the purchase of the said goods must be returned to us in full and without damage. You must use the goods by their operation, technical specifications, and instructions for use within the withdrawal period, otherwise, it will be responsible for any changes and deteriorations in the product.

9. Circumstances That the Right of Withdrawal Can Not Be Used

We accept, declare, and undertake that you are aware of the fact that you can not use the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

Agreements for goods or services whose price varies depending on fluctuations in financial markets and which are not under the control of the seller or supplier,

Agreements related to the products that are prepared to the consumer’s needs or personal requests,

Agreements related to the delivery of goods that may deteriorate quickly or expire,

Agreements for the delivery of products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after the delivery and their return is not suitable for health and hygiene,

Agreements for goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and which cannot be separated due to their nature,

Agreements related to books, digital content, and computer consumables are presented in a tangible environment in case protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, and package are opened after delivery of the goods,

Agreements for the delivery of periodical publications such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under the subscription agreement,

Agreements related to accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, food and beverage supply, and the evaluation of leisure time for entertainment or recreation purposes, which must be carried out on a specific date or period,

Agreements for services performed instantly in the electronic environment or for intangible products delivered to consumers instantly,

Agreements for services that are executed with the approval of the consumer before the expiration of the right of the withdrawal period.
